What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use ground shipping with UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service.) Expedited options are not available due to their relatively high cost. If you need your item sent expedited we may be able to help you, please contact us with your address, items you require and we will get back to you with a shipping quote. 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We use UPS, FedEx and USPS for shipping our products. So delivery time will vary based on your distance from our shop in Oxford, MI. Most locations in the USA will be 3-5 business days or less.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email message with tracking information. Within it you will have the required information to track the location of your order.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We certainly can ship anywhere in the world. The issue comes down to cost. In most cases, the shipping costs of our items will be more, if not many times more, than the cost of the item itself due to its size. So if you would like us to ship internationally from the USA, we are happy to do so. Just understand that we do not profit in any way from shipping charges, we pass on the actual cost of shipping. Orders and Returns

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, you are welcome to return or exchange an item. Be sure to take a look at our return policy to learn more.

Who should I to contact if I have any questions?

We are very happy to assist you by email or through our online submission form on our Contact Us page.

Do you offer custom sizes of your items I do not see on the website?

Generally we do not. We can make one off custom items. However, you should understand that we are able to keep our prices competitive for the items you see on our website because we have time tested the design, fabrication, and packaging process to make it ultra-efficient. If you require a custom size or modification, then we must engineer, design, fabricate, and package it all custom. This means custom items are usually 8-15x more costly than what you find on the website. If that is of interest to you, then please contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Due to the speed at which we receive, process, and pack orders it is unlikely we are able to change or cancel your order after it has been placed. Even so, we will certainly try. Please contact us if you have an issue.

Do you offer engraving, printing, or other decorative customizations?

Unfortunately we do not. We do not have the proper equipment for this in our shop. However, the materials we use are able to have this done. You can use our products for this purpose by taking them to a local engraver or sign shop for customization.
